I forgot my password. What now?

Forgot your password? Don’t worry, everyone forgets something now and then. You can easily request a new password through our website. Here is how it works:

1. Go to Sign in in the top-right corner of our website.
2. Click Reset your password in the login screen.
3. Enter your email address on the next screen. We will immediately email you a link that allows you to reset your password.
4. Check your email. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder. Enter the code and create a new password. Click Confirm and you can log in.

If you receive a message that your account is not active, please contact us by phone. We will then activate the account so you can participate in our auctions again.
