How do I delete my account with legalization?

To delete an account that has been legalized, the legalization must first be disconnected from the account. Follow these steps:

1. Submit a request by email to our platform notary at veilingen@hekkelman.nl to disconnect your legalization from your account. Once the legalization has been removed, you will receive a confirmation.
2. Then send an email to info@vastgoedveiling.nl requesting that your account be deleted, and state that your account has been disconnected from legalization by the platform notary. Once your account has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation.

If you only have an account and it has not been legalized, only complete step 2.
