We focus on online real estate auctions. This means we sell immovable property through an internet auction.

In principle, we therefore do not use auction rooms.

There are, of course, exceptions to this rule. For example, in the foreclosure auction of a registered vessel, we are required under the rules to give you the opportunity to bid in an auction room. If that applies, we will clearly state this in the auction information.
